Ways to Be Involved
Host a consignment show! This is the main ways individuals support ToH. With over 75 shows per year, consignment shows are the heart of Threads of Hope. Interested people and institutions can apply to host a show, at no cost, and we’ve made it super simple. We pay shipping both ways. Shows can popup at homes, community events, workplace, places of worship, civic groups, or retail shops. The volunteers set up and host the show. After the sale the volunteers pack and return everything to ToH. Past hosts report, “So much fun and deeply gratifying!” To apply, email or call: email@example.com | 254-295-5093
Our volunteers are the people we call our “Give Back Corp.” The give of themselves in innumerbale ways to give to others in need. The Give Back Corp work at our warehouse in Belton, TX, or host special events in their community, workplace or even from the comfort of their homes if they are working on pro bona projects or hosting a home show. Individuals can donate as little as a few hours a year or as much as one might wish. If you’d like to be part of our Give Back Corp, go here and tell us about your hopes for supporting ToH in the box at the bottom. Thanks in advance for supporting this good work!
Our commitment to our supporters remains consistent: “We pledge to use every gift given to us – time, talent, and treasure – for the greatest good for those we serve. Threads of Hope maintains an overhead of 2% so your gifts are clearly put to very good use. Every non-profit organization relies on a solid base of financial donors. Threads of Hope cherishes our financial donors’ partnerships. That small overhead has enabled outreach to over 400 artisans, product sales reaching into 35+ states, web sales around the world, 100+ international volunteers, and over $2.5 million dollars funneled into economic development in the developing world. Donate. Your gift makes a difference. Support goodness around the world. Donate to Threads of Hope. Thank you for your support.
